About the job

You will play a crucial role in recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Contact clients to arrange payments for overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements.
Follow up on payment commitments and track progress.
Comply with all legal requirements and regulations related to debt collection.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex debt issues.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional approach.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification Proven experience as a debt collector or in a similar role is preferred.
Negotiation Skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve payment arrangements.
Basic Computer Skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Confidentiality Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and discretion.
Attention to Detail Ability to maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients.
Organizational Skills Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
